FREE SCHOOL MEALS

If your child is eligible for a free school lunch, but is not attending school from Monday, packed lunch 'grab bags' will be available from Jubilee Children's Centre, Huyton.

Dear Parents/Carers,

We are writing to inform you that school will close on Friday 20th March 2020 at 15.05pm and remain closed until further notice. Parents should check the school website/parent app/twitter for regular updates. 

 

Pupils will be sent home with work packs and will also have access to an on line learning platform, the login details will be provided to your child. The onDear Parents / Carers,

 

As you will be aware, Coronavirus is a rapidly changing situation and we have been working with the Department for Education, Public Health England and Knowsley Council to plan for such a pandemic.  As per the Prime Minister’s announcement yesterday we have been directed to close schools for most children. We are prepared and ready to respond to this challenge.

As advised by the government, we will do all we can to stay open from Monday 23rd March for the children of key workers (e.g. NHS staff, police, others in frontline services – as defined by the government) and children with an EHCP or a social worker.  

For children who fall into the above categories school will be open between the hours of 8.30am and 3.05pm each day. Please note that Breakfast and After school club will not be available after Friday 20th March until further notice.

If you fall into the categories listed above and require a place in school from Monday 23rd March, please complete the slip below and return it to school tomorrow. You will need to provide proof of your employment (e.g. pay slip / ID badge) to support your request. Your child will only be eligible to attend if you provide proof.
